Upper Gymnasium

Originally constructed in 1956 as the primary gymnasium in the Schwartz Athletic Center, the facility has since been replaced by the Frances Tarlton Farenthold Athletic Wing as the primary court for Wells basketball and volleyball. Prior to the construction of the basketball court in the Athletic Wing, the auxiliary gymnasium was home to the college's annual Odd/Even basketball game.

Nowadays, the auxiliary gymnasium is home to many off-season practices and is regularly used by non-varsity athletes and physical education classes. The facility features a fully-operational electric scoreboard, a newly-refurbished wooden floor (in 2012) and four basketball hoops.
