Bio

Tanner Mingen is in his first year as assistant coach for men's lacrosse at Wells College. Mingen is a 2018 graduate of Wells and was a four-year member of the men's lacrosse team. Mingen played in 52 games and totaled 112 career points with 256 ground balls.

Mingen earned all-conference recognition twice in his career. He was a third-team selection at short-stick midfield as a junior in 2017. In 2018, Mingen contributed in all aspects of the game for the Express. He led the team with 33 caused turnovers and 93 ground balls. Mingen ranked third on the team in goals, assists, and points, and also saw time at the faceoff X. In conference games, Mingen was second in the NEAC in caused turnovers with 26, and fourth in ground balls with 58. He was 25th in the conference in scoring in addition to his defensive excellence.
