Wells Students Honored As NEAC Scholar-Athletes

A total of 79 Wells College student-athletes demonstrated excellent academic performance and earned recognition as North Eastern Athletic Conference Scholar-Athletes for the 2017-18 academic year. Wells ranked third among the 14 full NEAC member institutions with 79 NEAC Scholar-Athletes. Both institutions ranked ahead of Wells have more than double the overall enrollment.

In order to be selected, a student-athlete competing in a conference-sponsored sport must achieve a combined grade-point average of 3.4 or higher for the fall and spring semesters and must have been in good standing on his or her team.

Across the conference's 14 full-member institutions and six associate member schools, the conference set a record with 890 student-athletes earning NEAC Scholar-Athlete distinction.

The following is an alphabetical list of the 2017-18 NEAC Scholar-Athletes from Wells College listed with name, sports participated in, 2017-18 class year, hometown, and major.
