Wells College baseball pitcher Zach Kemp was named North Eastern Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week for the week ending March 25, 2018. It is the second time this season that Kemp has earned this recognition and the third time in his career.

A second-team all-conference selection in 2017, Kemp was the winning pitcher in two games for the Express last week as he came in relief and pitched effectively in victories over SUNY Canton and D'Youville College. Kemp pitched the final three innings of a 7-6 win over SUNY Canton, allowing three hits while holding the opponent scoreless. He earned his second win of the week after surrendering one unearned run in the final inning of an 8-7 victory over D'Youville.
