Scranton, PA –Nicole Macedonio scored the game winning goal in overtime as the Keystone College field hockey team defeated the Express 1-0 on Wednesday at Keystone. With the victory Keystone improves to 5-2 overall, while Wells falls to 1-6 overall.
Following a Wells' foul, Keystone took full advantage of a penalty corner as Samantha Morgan fed Macedonio for the game winner.
Express goalie Martha Knowlan finished with five saves in the loss.
The Express will next travel to St. Vincent College on October 3rd with the game time set for 2:00 pm.
