SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - Freshman Courtney Bastian (West Winfield, N.Y.) and junior Valencia Chavez (Lakeside, Calif.) each scored their first collegiate goals as the Wells College field hockey team posted a 2-0 blanking of the Wildcats of Bay Path College Saturday morning. With the victory, the Express even their overall record at 1-1 while the Wildcats fall to 0-1 after their season opener.
