PAULINO EARNS NEAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK IN MEN'S BASKETBALL

Aurora, NY–  JUAN PAULINO (Bronx, NY) was selected as the NEAC Men's Basketball Student-Athlete of the Week. Paulino, a senior center for the Wells College Express, was selected for his amazing all-around performance for the week leading his team to a 2-0 week. Paulino finished the week with 35 points (17.5/game), 35 rebounds (17.5/game), 4 assists (2.0/game), 6 blocks (3.0/game), 3 steals, and a .682 shooting percentage.

In the first game of the week Paulino dropped a double-double, helping lead the Express to a 75-55 defeat of Alfred University finishing with 17 points and 17 rebounds along with two blocks. Paulino registered his second straight double-double of the week in a 70-60 defeat over Hamilton College. Paulino finished with 18 points, 18 rebounds, and four blocks.
