'On This Day' Harrison Tabbed as NEAC’s Men’s Basketball Player of the Week

'On This Day' is a Wells College Athletics feature series taking a look back on events that occurred on this day, Nov. 29, ten years ago in 2010.

Aurora, N.Y. ─ Terry Harrison was selected as the North Eastern Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Student-Athlete of the Week, today, Nov. 29, 2010.

Harrison, a 6-foot-5 junior forward for the Wells College Express, was selected for his strong offensive play leading his team to a 1-1 record this past week, that included a 1-0 start to conference play.

Harrison finished the week with 42 points (21 per-game), 27 rebounds (13.5 per-game), 3 assists, 8 steals (4 per-game), 2 blocks, a .429 shooting percentage, and 18-for-23 from the free throw line (78.3 percent from the line).

Harrison finished the week with two double-doubles with one of those finishes at 22 points and 16 rebounds, while the other was with 20 points and 11 rebounds, respectively. 

Harrison, a transfer from Cayuga Community College in Auburn, currently leads the Express in points-per-game (17.6), rebounds-per-game (11), and steals (13).
