Keuka Too Much For Men’s Lacrosse, Express Post 24-3 Loss

AURORA, N.Y. – Senior captain Daniel Munsell (Doylestown, Pa.) struck for two goals, but the Wells College men's lacrosse team posted a 24-3 loss to the Storm of Keuka College Wednesday afternoon. With the loss, the Express fall to 1-10 overall on the season and to 0-5 in North Eastern Athletic Conference play while the Storm improve to a conference-best 6-0 record in league play (9-1 overall).

Munsell scored two of his team's three goals, as freshman Connor Jansen (Horseheads, N.Y.) tallied the outlying goal. For Keuka, Cory Gray and Mike Donals scored four goals and three goals, respectively, while the NCAA Division III leader in point scoring, Connor Latimer, struck for two goals and four assists in the contest.

Express goalkeeper Tyler Bischoff (Allendale, N.J.) made 11 saves in the loss while his counterpart, Eric Saltrelli, picked up the win after making three saves through the first 18 minutes of action. Dominic Camblin, Cameron Gormel and Scott Thielman made three saves combined in relief of their starter.

The Express return to action this Saturday, Apr. 27 as they face-off against the Fighting Tigers of SUNY Cobleskill in a 1:00 p.m. road tilt.
