BROCKPORT MAKES IT A CLEAN SWEEP OF EXPRESS

Aurora, NY– The SUNY Brockport Men's and Women's Swim Team made it a clean sweep of the Wells Express defeating the men's team 73-43 and the women's team 74-34 on Saturday afternoon at Wells. The loss drops the men's team 0-2 while the women's team fell to 1-1 in dual meet action.

In men's team action Drew Teter finished first in the 100 yard butterfly with a time of 1:02.8 while Jeffrey Dick took home first in the 100 Yard breaststroke with a time of 1:07.56. The 400 Yard Freestyle Relay Team swam by Daniel Schilling, Jeffrey Dick, Michael Scharvela, and Drew Teter, also took home first with a  time of 3:51.98. 

In women's team action current North Eastern Athletic Conference Student-Athlete of the Week  Idolyn Villiotti took home first in the 200 Yard IM while Jacqueline Ross finished first in the 200 yard butterfly. The 400 Yard Freestyle Relay Team swam by Jacqueline Ross, Tiffany Raymond, Kelsey Stafford, and Colleen Keegan also finished first with a time of 4:37.57.

The Express will next hit the pool on Wednesday, November 11^th at 6:00 pm against Utica College in Utica.
