CAZENOVIA, N.Y. – Three more program records fell during the second day of the North Eastern Athletic Conference championships on Saturday as the Wells College women's swimming program continues to lead the six team field with 316 points. The men's swimming program at Wells ranks in fourth place and has accumulated 163 points across the two days. The Express women are looking for their third-straight NEAC title while the men's program looks to repeat for the second consecutive season.

The Express opened the second day with a bang, breaking a 24 year old program record in the 200 Yard Medley Relay. The foursome of sophomore Hilary Feudale (Coal Township, Pa.), freshman Gina Ross-Detro (Geneva, N.Y.), senior Hallie Hanson (Ashville, N.Y.) and junior Olive Touron (Cato, N.Y.) placed second in the event, earning 26 total points for Wells in the relay.

For the second-straight day, Feudale broke one of her own personal and team records. Racing in the 100 Yard Backstroke, Feudale logged a time of 1:03.31 in the finals to earn 13 points with her second place finish. She broke her own program record time by .32 seconds.

In the men's 100 Yard Backstroke, senior captain Matthew Sleezer (Gloversville, N.Y.) posted a time of 59.69, capturing second place and the program's all-time record in the event. Sleezer, who completed the race in 1:01.64 during the 2011 NEAC Championships, posted the program's first-ever finish under one minute.

In the 200 Yard Freestyle, four Wells swimmers competing as individuals placed second through fifth in the event to combine for 46 points. Touron earned 13 points for Wells after placing second with a time of 2:09.90. Sophomore Nina Daniels (Pittsford, N.Y.) posted a 12 point performance while taking third, completing the event in 2:14.46. Freshman Amelia Flint (Bath, N.Y.) and senior captain Britta Kilbourn (Scotia, N.Y.) placed fourth and fifth, respectively, in the event.

The Wells foursome of Flint, Daniels, Feudale and Touron posted a first place finish in the 800 Yard Freestyle Relay, earning 32 points in the final women's event on the afternoon. The foursome combined to log a time of 8:59.12 in the finals to post the second-fastest time in team history. Last season, Feudale, Daniels and Touron joined Meghan Terry to post the fastest time at the 2013 NEAC Championships.

In the 400 Yard Individual Medley, Hanson took third with a time of 5:38.93 to set a personal high in the event while also notching the eighth-fastest time in team history. Senior Tyler Fischetti (Weedsport, N.Y.) also set a personal-best time in an event for Wells, completing the 100 Yard Butterfly in 1:03.16 to also post the eighth-best time in program history.

Ross-Detro earned 12 points for Wells in the 100 Yard Breaststroke, posting a finals time of 1:16.38 after recording a time of 1:16.25 in the preliminary round. The preliminary round time places her fifth in team history in that event.
