Men's Swimming Defeated By Utica College

The Wells College men's swimming team hosted its first home dual meet of the season and Utica College claimed a 62-9 victory in the team scoring.

Aaron Connolly swam a personal-best in the 100-yard breaststroke where he placed third with a time of 1:13.89.

Wells swam 2:23.33 in the 200-yard medley relay with the quartet of Aaron Connolly, Andrew Cao, Richie Ford, and Jose Ramirez.

Ramirez led Wells in the 50 free with a time of 35.51 seconds. Ford swam 6:06.85 in the 400-yard individual medley and 6:46.82 in the 500 free. Connolly took third in the 100 free in 1:02.00.

The 200-yard freestyle relay placed second in 2:03.50 with the group of Ford, Bennett Ervin, Jose Ramirez, and Aaron Connolly.

Wells will swim Saturday, Nov. 10 at Gallaudet University.
