Hot-hitting Perdicho Earns NEAC Volleyball Weekly Honor

Wells College men's volleyball junior outside hitter Brannon Perdicho was selected as the North Eastern Athletic Conference Player of the Week for the week ending Feb. 5, 2017. Perdicho was the leading hitter for Wells over three conference matches.

In matches against Lancaster Bible College, Wilson College, and Penn State Altoona, Perdicho hit .359 with 53 kills and just 11 errors. He had 15 kills in each match against Lancaster Bible and Wilson, and then closed the weekend with a 23-kill effort against Altoona. Perdicho had 27 digs and four service aces on the weekend.

This is the third-career NEAC Player of the Week award for Perdicho, who earned the award twice in his freshman season of 2015. Perdicho is a team captain and is a two-time all-conference selection.

Wells returns to action this weekend with Saturday, Feb. 11 matches against York (NY) and John Jay at York College in Jamaica, N.Y.
