The Wells College women's basketball team dropped its first 2020 North Eastern Athletic Conference game to Gallaudet on Saturday, Jan. 11.
Jordan Jacobs dropped a three early on to give the Express a lead but the Bison rallied back to take the contest by a 64-24 final.
Jacobs finished with a double-double performance with 14 points and a dozen rebounds while also registering three blocks.
Jennifer McCumber added a half-dozen points, while a pair of points each came from Mackenzie Kunkle and Sonia Rivera. Rivera was impressive defensively with a game-high four steals on the day.
The women's team remains on the road with a 2 p.m. start tomorrow, Sunday, Jan. 12 at Lancaster Bible College.
