Aurora, NY- The Mount Saint Mary's College Knights jumped out to a 10-4 lead in the middle of the first half and never looked back en route to a 23-5 victory over the Wells College women's lacrosse team in non-conference action Wednesday afternoon in Aurora, N.Y. The Hawks improve to 4-7 on the season while the Express fall to 2-5 on the year.
Mount St. Mary's College held the advantage in shots on goal and groundballs. The Knights finished 12-13 on the clear while the Express finished 5-10.
The Express return to action on Friday (4/6) when they take on Penn State Abington at 4 p.m. at Penn State Abington.
