The Wells College women's soccer team had its four-match winning streak snapped in a 4-0 loss at Keuka College on Wednesday, Oct. 25 in a North Eastern Athletic Conference North Division matchup. Keuka is 7-7-1 on the season with a 6-2-1 NEAC record. Wells is 6-10-0 overall and 4-5-0 in the NEAC.
Keuka scored twice in the first half and twice in the second half. The Wolves held a 33-2 advantage in shots. Both Wells shots were taken by Autumn McLain. Wells goalkeeper Quinn Doubet had 11 saves.
Wells stands in fifth place in the NEAC North Division with a 2-3-0 record within the division. The top four teams in each division will qualify for the playoffs. Wells plays against division-leading SUNY Poly on Saturday, Oct. 28 at 2 p.m. at the Wells Turf Field.
