Hurley Makes 14 Saves For Women's Soccer

The Wells College women's soccer team lost 3-0 at Morrisville State on Saturday afternoon, Sept. 22 at Drake Field in Morrisville. The host Mustangs scored twice in the first half and once in the second half in the North Eastern Athletic Conference matchup.

Wells goalkeeper Kayleigh Hurley made 14 saves, the third time this season that she has made more than 10 saves in a match.

The Express had seven shots and three shots on goal. Carley Ryan led Wells with four shots and Madison Beriman had two.

Wells is 1-7-0 on the year and 0-4-0 in the NEAC. Morrisville State is 2-1-0 in the conference and 3-5-0 overall.

The Express will play road games in conference play next weekend. Wells is at Gallaudet on Sept. 29 and at Lancaster Bible on Sept. 30.
