The Wells College women's soccer team took on first-place Penn State Berks and fell 14-0 to the perennial North Eastern Athletic Conference power on Saturday, Oct. 20 at the Wells Turf Field.
Penn State Berks remained undefeated in conference play with a 9-0-0 NEAC record and is 11-3-1 overall. Wells saw a two-match winning streak halted. The Express is 3-11-0 overall and 2-7-0 in the NEAC.
Penn State Berks led 11-0 at halftime. Express goalkeeper Alexis Sterio made 10 saves.
Wells is back in action Sunday, Oct. 21 at home against Penn College at noon.
