First-Team Recognition For Maloney Of Women's Soccer

Wells College women's soccer senior Mackenzie Maloney earned all-conference recognition for the 2018 season as the North Eastern Athletic Conference announced its award winners and All-NEAC teams. Maloney was picked to the conference's First Team for 2018 at midfield, and it is the fourth year in a row that Maloney was named to an All-NEAC team.

Maloney led Wells in goals and points in the 2018 season with nine goals and 19 points. Seven of her nine goals came in NEAC matches. She totaled 40 goals and 10 assists in her career for 90 points, which ranks first in career goals and career points for Wells College women's soccer in the NCAA era.

Maloney earned recognition on the NEAC Second Team in her freshman season in 2015 and was a Third Team-honoree as a sophomore and junior.

Maloney is from Huntington, New York majoring in inclusive elementary education with a minor in psychology.
