Dan Sullivan enters his fourth season as the Head Coach for women's tennis at Wells in 2015. Since joining the Express prior to the 2012-13 academic year, Sullivan has racked up an impressive 20 overall victories to rank third all-time in program history.

Piloting his team to a dominant 15-5 record in North Eastern Athletic Conference play across the previous three seasons, Sullivan's student-athletes have won an impressive 18 All-Conference selections. Additionally, Sullivan has coached one NEAC Rookie of the Year (Ayumi Takeuchi) and NEAC Player of the Year (Taryn Heath '15) while amassing 14 NEAC Scholar-Athlete selections since 2012.

During the 2014-15 season, Sullivan and the Express rebounded from a tough first round loss in the NEAC West Division women's tennis tournament to dominate the individual portion of the conference tournament, capturing the No. 1 singles, No. 2 singles, No. 3 singles and No. 1 doubles individual championships. During the regular season, Wells posted a 34-8 (.810) NEAC record at singles play while turning in a 14-7 mark (.667) in conference doubles matches.

The 2013-14 women's tennis season saw Brooke Benedetto '16 earn the No. 4 singles title in the NEAC individual tournament. During the regular season, the Express posted an impressive 5-1 record against league opponents before falling to the Storm of Keuka College in the semifinals of the team tournament.

In his first season with the Express, Sullivan piloted Wells to their second NEAC West Division Championship Tournament appearance in as many seasons. The Express also qualified for the championship match for the second-straight season and their third ever NEAC championship match appearance. Sullivan also coached six NEAC All-Conference players, including the league's Rookie of the Year Ayumi Takeuchi.

A 2011 graduate of Le Moyne College in Syracuse, N.Y. with a B.S. in Management and Leadership/Management Information Systems, Sullivan set program records for the men’s tennis program, including the most consecutive matches played by a Le Moyne men’s tennis player.
