Women's Volleyball Falls at Home to The Pioneers

Wells College women's volleyball hosted the Utica Pioneers for a non-conference match-up on Wednesday night. The Pioneers would take this one 3-1.

This match would last 4 sets with all of them going back and forth. In each set at some point, the Express would be trailing the Pioneers and find a way to battle back. Utica would win sets one, three, and four, and the Express grabbed the second set thanks to a big game from Miah Williamson who had 21 kills on the evening. Brianah Dawson had 29 assists as well. Miah Williamson also leads the team with 5 service aces in the evening. Defensively, Rosa Armstead-Lehti, and Lexi Carfi would lead the Express with 15 digs for Armstead-Lehti and 16 for Carfi. 

Women's Volleyball will be in action again this weekend at Pitt Bradford.
