MEN’S AND WOMEN’S CROSS COUNTRY FINISH 5TH AND 6TH AT CAZENOVIA HOMECOMING INVITATIONAL

(Aurora, N.Y.) ─  The Wells College men's and women's cross country teams finished 5th and 6th respectively at the Cazenovia College Homecoming Invitational on Saturday in Cazenovia. Brayden Shumski led the men's team, placing 23rd with a time of 30:26.1. Brienne Goodson led the women's team, placing 21st with a time of 25:11.5. 

Clarkson took the top overall men's team spot with 28 points, while Alex Benway of Clarkson earned the first place finish with a time of 27:28.4. 

In women's action Ithaca College took the top overall spot with 25 points, while Allison Bartkowiak of Ithaca earned the first place finish with a time of 22:16.2.
