PAULINO SELECTED TO D3HOOPS.COM TEAM OF THE WEEK

Aurora, N.Y.–  Senior Juan Paulino continues to rack up the weekly honors earning a place on the D3Hoops.com Team of the Week presented by Scoutware for the week ending February 21. D3Hoops.com, considered the No. 1 Source for Division III basketball information, selects the top five weekly performances from across the nation. It is the first time that Paulino has received this award.

Paulino, who was also named North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) Player of the Week, led the Express to a 2-0 week averaging 30.5 points and 25 rebounds, while shooting 70.3 percent from the floor. Paulino scored a career high 36 points, while single handedly out rebounding Penn State-Harrisburg 27 to 20, in an 82-70 victory. Paulino also registered 25 points and 23 rebounds in a 100-75 one sided victory over Cazenovia. It was the 14th straight double-double and 21st overall on the season for Paulino. 

Paulino and the rest of his Wells teammate open up NEAC tournament play tonight as the No. 2 seed against No. 7 seed Keuka College in the quarterfinals being held at Penn. St. Harrisburg in Middleton, Pa. The tip-off set for 7:00 p.m.
