GALLUZZO NAMED NEAC DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

AURORA, N.Y. - Christopher Galluzzo (New London, N.H.) has been chosen as the NEAC Men's Lacrosse Defensive Student-Athlete of the Week for his efforts in goal for the Wells College Express.  The freshman goalie made 11 saves in the Express' 7-6 victory over Mt. St. Vincent College Saturday in Wells' only contest on the week.  With Wells down 5-1 heading into the third quarter, Galluzo would allow just one goal in the second half while coming up with four crucial saves to help the Express pull off the come-from-behind victory.  Galluzo also added two groundballs and one caused turnover on the day.  The win marked the second straight victory for Galluzzo.
