Men's Cross Country Finishes 10th At NEAC Championships

WASHINGTON – The Wells College men's cross country team posted a 10th place finish at the North Eastern Athletic Conference Cross Country Championship on Saturday at Kenilworth Park. The Express placed 10th out of 11 teams competing in the 8K race.

Senior Paul Hernon (New Hartford, N.Y.) and junior Stephen Armstrong (Horseheads, N.Y.) finished 35th and 36th, respectively, with times of 31:05.4 and 31:05.5. Sophomore Ky'aire Reed (Trenton, N.J.) turned in a time of 33:38.4 to finish 53rd overall while senior Andrew Judson (Court Gambrillis, Md.) chipped in with a time of 35:41.2 to place 65th amongst the 83 competitors. Junior Zachary Tripsas (Elka Park, N.Y.) rounded out the field of Wells runners with a time of 40:00.6.
