Department of Athletics Announces Rescheduled Game Dates
AURORA,
N.Y. – The Wells College Department of Athletics has
announced make-up dates for games postponed across the past week,
Director of Athletics Michael Borsz announced
Tuesday afternoon.
The road softball doubleheader, originally scheduled for Saturday,
Apr. 13 on the campus of SUNY Institute of Technology, has been
postponed. The doubleheader will be replayed at a date to be
determined.
The home women's lacrosse game, originally scheduled for 3:00 p.m.
at the South Athletic Field on Saturday, Apr. 13, has been
postponed to Monday, Apr. 15 – the Express will host the
Nittany Lions of Penn St.-Abington in a 3:00 p.m. contest.
The site of Sunday's road softball doubleheader, originally
scheduled for Sunday, Apr. 14 against the Mustangs of Morrisville
St. College, has been changed from Morrisville, N.Y. to the campus
of Colgate University in Hamilton, N.Y. – the Express and
Mustangs will begin their doubleheader at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday at
the Eaton Street Field, located on Eaton St. in Hamilton, N.Y.
The suspended non-conference women's lacrosse game against the
Saxons of Alfred University, originally played on Wednesday, Apr.
10, will be restarted on Tuesday, Apr. 23 at 5:00 p.m. at the South
Athletic Field.
The postponed softball doubleheader against the Hawks of Hilbert
College, originally scheduled for Saturday, Mar. 23, will not be
rescheduled.
