ROSER EARNS SECOND STRAIGHT NEAC STUDENT-ATHLETE OF THE WEEK HONORS

AURORA, N.Y. - Ashley Roser (Taberg, N.Y.) has earned her second straight selection as the NEAC Women's Basketball Student-Athlete of the Week after another set of dominating performances for the Wells College Express.  The sophomore forward registered two-game averages of 19 points, 20.5 rebounds, 2 steals, 1.5 assists and 1.5 blocks per game while shooting 84 percent (16-for-19) from the free throw line during a pair of NEAC contests last week.  Roser finished with game highs of 23 rebounds and three steals to go along with team highs of 16 points and two blocks in a 68-51 setback to Keuka College Wednesday before leading the Express to a 67-42 victory over Penn State Abington Sunday with game highs of 22 points and 18 rebounds.  Roser currently leads the NEAC in rebounds with 15.7 boards per game and is tied for second in scoring at 18.9 points per game.

The Express return to action tomorrow evening against NEAC opponent Morrisville State College at 7 p.m. in Morrisville, N.Y.
