Women's Swimming Opens Season at Hartwick Relays

ONEONTA, N.Y. – The Wells College women's swimming program opened their 40th season as a varsity program on Saturday at the Hartwick Relays. The Express posted 14 points, placing sixth amongst the talented field of regional swim teams. The Wells relay squads earned two fifth place finishes and three sixth place finishes on the afternoon.

Oneonta State secured the victory with 102 points, narrowly defeating the College of Saint Rose, an NCAA Division II program that picked up 100 points.

Wells returns to action Saturday, Nov. 1 as they battle the Lakers of Oswego State University on the road.
