Allen and Williams Named to All-NEAC Volleyball Teams

A pair of Wells College women's volleyball outside hitters were named to the 2019 North Eastern Athletic Conference Women's Volleyball teams on Wednesday, Nov. 6.

Senior Jackie Allen and sophomore Jazzmyne Williams joined 19 other players that comprised the NEAC's three all-conference teams.

Allen (Syracuse, N.Y.) was named to the NEAC's first all-conference team after setting season highs in four categories and finishing her career as the all-time Wells College women's volleyball leader in kills with 1,231. She also joined the 1,000 club in digs and finished her career with 1,158. This past season, Allen set season highs in kills with 430, aces with 41, blocks with 25 and points with 485. She also added 309 digs and 16 assists.

Williams (San Antonio, Texas) was named to the NEAC's second all-conference team after setting season highs in three categories. Williams set season highs in kills with 280, blocks with 45 and points with 324.5. She also added 123 digs, 20 aces and 15 assists.
