STRONG INDIVIDUAL SHOWING FOR EXPRESS

The Wells College men's cross country team was led by Evando Nascimento who finished 168 out of 196 runners at the Yellow Jacket Invitational held at the University of Rochester on Saturday. Nascimento finished with a time of 32:16.28 to pace the Express. Rounding out the rest of the men were Brandon Johnston in 185th with a time of 33:53.75, Van Bucsko in 190th with a time of 34:36.53 and Eric Peterson in 195th with a time of 37:26.75.

In the women's meet Kayleen Wilkinson led all Express runners for the second straight week, finishing in 143rd with a time of 23:28.96. Sarah Brenner would finish in 170th with a time of 25:47.92, Maria McLane finished in 180th place with a time of 28:53.43, and Elizabeth Raymond finished in 183rd place with a time of 36:33.22.

Both cross country teams will head to SUNY Cobleskill for the NEAC Championship on November 1st.
