Women's Soccer Falls on the Road to Pitt Greensburg

Wells College women's soccer was on the road again Saturday afternoon and this time it was for a conference game against the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg.

Pitt Greensburg took the lead early in this one and never looked back. They built an 8-0 lead before halftime by taking 34 shots in the first half with 7 corner kicks. Pitt added three more goals to their lead in the second half when they took 17 more shots. For Wells, they were not able to create a scoring opportunity and tallied zero shots for the day. My Chickering did have 14 saves in goal.

Up next, women's soccer will head to Hilbert College on Tuesday for another conference match-up.
