Express Swimming Celebrates Senior Day!

On Saturday the Wells Express hosted SUNY Delhi and SUNY Cobleskill in a 3 team meet. 

This was also senior day for the Express!

The first senior, Alexis Huff, is a dual-sport athlete who participates in soccer and swimming. She started primarily as a breaststroke swimmer but this year really grew into an all-around swimmer. She now also participates in the 200 IM and 100 Fly. In all 4 years, she has earned Dean's List and NEAC Scholar-Athlete.

The second senior is Nicole D'Aurizio. This year Nicole was selected as Co-Team Captain. Nicole can swim at almost all events which is one of the reasons she is so valued on this team. She will be missed.

The third senior is Jess Boeheim. Jess was also selected as Co-Team Captain this season. She has taken over 40 seconds off in her 500, 1000, and mile time and another 14 seconds in her 200 FR. Jess also succeeds in the classroom by earning Dean's list every semester she has attended. 

The Express swim teams had a successful day as they won the overall meet on Saturday!
