Wells Swimming Celebrates Their Seniors

Wells College men's and women's swimming hosted SUNY Delhi Saturday while celebrating their seniors on this year's team. 

Feleesha Jones is a senior swimmer all the way from San Angelo, TX. Hailey Onofre came to Wells from Elmira, NY and Jude Nash is from Syracuse, NY. 

Some highlights from this Saturday's meet are...

Q Evans finished 1st (2:04.79) in the men's 200-yard freestyle and the men's 200-yard breaststroke (2:46.64). His freestyle score puts Q in 10th place in the Wells top ten for the 200 yard freestyle!

Rowan Mayette finished 1st (2:31.95) in the women's 200-yard backstroke. She also moved from 9th to 6th place in the top ten times for Wells College!

Our women's team would go on to defeat the Broncos 46-20 while the Men fell a little short and the Broncos beat the men 41-18. 

Our swim teams will be back in action this Saturday at Penn State Behrend.
