LANSING, N.Y. – The Wells College Department of Athletics and 1160 ESPN Ithaca have announced a partnership for the remainder of the 2012-13 athletic calendar. As part of that partnership, 1160 ESPN Ithaca will air the “Wells College Sports Beat,” as a feature in the program dedicated entirely to all 16 NCAA Division III varsity sports at Wells College.

Express, Squad Locker Partner To Provide Team Merchandise Stores

Pennsauken, NJ- The Wells Express finished in 8th place at the NEAC golf championship over the weekend of April 21st and 22nd. On a beautiful and sunny opening day the express were unable to build on the progress of their previous tournaments. The express struggled to keep their tee balls in bounds and out of the trees at the tight Pennsauken Country Club. However, their spirits were not swayed as they were eager to get back on the course for final day of the tournament.

Penn Yan, NY- All 5 Wells golfers set their personal bests in route to a third place finish at the Keuka College Spring Invitational golf tournament. Leading the way for the Express was sophomore, Taylor Dunn (Williamstown, MA) who shot a 76, which was good enough for second place in the 24 golfer field. The team also stroked its way to a school record 344. Overall, the express finished 3 behind Hobart and SUNY Oswego. The event also marked the first time that Wells has bested the Keuka Storm.

KEUKA PARK, N.Y. - The Wells College mixed golf team place third with a team score 396 against Keuka College and Elmira College on Friday in Keuka Park, N.Y. Elmira took the top overall spot with a team score 327, while Keuka placed second with a 331.
