30 Student-Athletes Earn Placement On Wells College Dean’s List
AURORA, N.Y.
– 30 student-athletes representing 15 of Wells
College’s 16 NCAA Division III intercollegiate athletic
programs earned placement on the school’s Dean’s List
for the Fall 2012 semester, Director of Athletics Michael
Borsz announced late Thursday afternoon. To earn placement
on the list, students must maintain a grade-point average of 3.50
or greater for at least 12 hours of coursework in a given
semester.
The Wells College women’s cross country, women’s
volleyball and softball programs each placed a semester-high five
student-athletes on the Dean’s List. Seven multiple sport
student-athletes also qualified for the honor – senior
Paige Stone (Madison, N.Y.) was the lone
three-sport student-athlete to qualify.
