Men’s Soccer Team Travels to Albany for Non-Conference Match

The Wells College men's soccer team traveled to Sage College on Tuesday, Oct. 12 in a non-conference match.

After a pair of goals separated the teams after the first half, scoring in the second was challenging. The Gators finally rounded out the game's scoring with the lone goal of the second in the game's final five minutes.

Wells Goalkeeper Colton Jaquith recorded eight saves on the night to leave him with 123 for the season. The senior keeper continues to lead all D-III goalkeepers nationally in saves, while adding to a career season high.

Ryan Nugent led the Express' offensive attack with a pair of shots on net.

The men's soccer team next returns to conference play when they host Lancaster Bible College on Saturday, Oct. 16 with a 1 p.m. start.
