Men's Swimming Competes Against Utica College

The Wells College men's swimming team competed in its first home meet of the season Saturday, Nov. 5 at the Schwartz Athletic Center and fell by a 48-40 score against Utica College.

The 200-yard medley relay finished second and Lucas Donnenwirth had a time of 13:01.63 to take second in the 1,000-yard freestyle. He backed that up with a time of 6:15.46 in the 500 free.

Austin Heil won the 100-yard freestyle in 55.83 seconds.

Ian Ronan was third in the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:33.83 and won the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:09.86

Wells next competes Nov. 19 with a home meet against Alfred State at 1 p.m.
