Men's Soccer Falls In Conference Opener

Wells College men's soccer opened up conference play this Saturday at Penn State Altoona. 

Penn State Altoona opened the scoring early in this one when they scored at the 7 and 11-minute mark. That however would be the only goals allowed all game by the Express. After the first 15 minutes, they picked up the defense and kept Altoona at bay. Sean Nemeth in goal had 12 saves as well. The offensive side of the ball was not as productive. The Express created 8 shots with only one of them on goal. Wells also ran into a familiar problem this season, yellow cards. The two goals for Altoona were enough for them to take down the Express 2-0.

Men's soccer will head to Penn State Behrend on Tuesday for another conference game.
