Men’s Swimming Team Finishes Sixth at Pumpkin Relays

The Wells College men's swimming team took sixth place at the Pumpkin Relays hosted by SUNY Cortland on Saturday, Oct. 26.

Several of the competing teams had multiple entries in most of the 24 events with almost all of them comprised of either four-men or three-men relays.

The Wells College men's swimming team finished the day with three top-10 finishes that included the 3 X 100-yard backstroke medley, the 200-yard freestyle relay and the 200-yard medley relay.

The best finish for the Wells men's team was in the 3 X 100-yard backstroke medley where the trio of Vincent Chen, Dale Paine and Jose Ramirez clocked in at 4:12.04.

The Wells College men's swimming team next hosts SUNY Oswego on Saturday, Nov. 2 at 1 p.m.
