Express Take On The Golden Eagles

Wells College field hockey was back on the road Friday night for a non-conference game at The College at Brockport.

Brockport won this one by a score of 8-0.

The Golden Eagles scored early and often in this contest taking a 7-0 lead into halftime. Morgan Brown and Grace Kahl both had shots registered but were not able to find the back of the net. Sadie Combs came up with another 12 saves in net for the Express.

The one corner opportunity for Wells came in the fourth quarter but the Express could not capitalize.

Next for Wells is a Tuesday afternoon home opener against Roberts Wesleyan at 4 PM.
