Wells Express Name Adair Milmoe as next Field Hockey Coach and Assistant AD for Student Success

Director of Athletics, Tara Ruckh is pleased to announce that Adair Milmoe has been named Head Field Hockey Coach and Assistant Athletic Director for Student Success for the Wells College Express.

Coach Milmoe brings a wealth of experience to the Wells Express athletic staff. Throughout her career, she has led fourteen teams to post-season conference play.

"I would like to thank Tara Ruckh, Director of Intercollegiate Athletics, and Susan Henking, Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs. I have played against Wells for William Smith, and I have coached field hockey on the alumni field. Now, it is with great excitement I will stand on the Wells sideline as the head field hockey coach! The history of Wells is already a part of me, and I will do my best to guide and mentor the Express to achieve their best individually and as a team." Coach Adair Milmoe.

She was the head field hockey coach at Oswego State from 2002-2005. During her tenure at Oswego, Coach Milmoe was also the head women's lacrosse coach and was named SUNYAC Coach of the Year. While at Morrisville, she also took on roles as the compliance officer and the coordinator of the student-athlete advisory committee. She also made a stop\ at SUNY Morrisville as head women's lacrosse and field hockey coach. Adair would go on to become the head field hockey and women's lacrosse coach at Cazenovia College starting in 2017 where she mentored both teams to conference championship games. Coach Milmoe also served on the Regional All-American Committee for the National Field Hockey Coaches Association.

Outside of coaching, Adair has taken on additional titles at every prior destination. At SUNY Morrisville, she served as the accessibility services coordinator. Adair served the needs of two hundred students on campus while designing a new information system to track remote accommodations for the faculty/staff execution.

At Cazenovia College, she was an academic counselor & administrator for TRIO SSS students. Coach Milmoe expanded student offerings to include academic counseling, advising, time management & personal career counseling.

Most recently, Adair was the Assistant Coordinator of Exam Services at Syracuse University where her main responsibility was to assess, produce & execute exams for students with accommodations.

Adair received her Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University and her bachelor's at Hobart & William Smith Colleges.

Adair lives in Cazenovia, NY with her husband Patrick. They have three daughters, Maureen, Grace & Megan.
