Feudale Draws Second Straight NEAC Player of the Week Nod

GANSEVOORT, N.Y. – For the second straight week, freshman Hilary Feudale (Coal Township, Pa.) of the Wells College women's swimming team was selected as the North Eastern Athletic Conference Women's Swimming Student-Athlete of the Week, the conference office announced Monday. Feudale and the Express posted a 52-43 victory over the Screaming Eagles of the College of Saint Elizabeth on Saturday.

Feudale, a freshman, captured two first-place finishes on the day en route to the team's third victory of the season.  Feudale won the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 0:27.69 and the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:11.16, with the latter ranking as the eighth-best time in program history for that event. Feudale has now won six of the last seven events she has competed in over the past two weeks, with the remaining event being a second place finish.

The selection of Feudale by the NEAC is her third career conference award nod, having also received the award earlier this season on Oct. 22 and Nov. 12. For a complete list of award recipients, click here.
