Women's Soccer Grabs First Win At Gallaudet

The Wells College women's soccer team continued conference play on Sunday at Gallaudet University. They tallied their first win of the season over the Bison by a score of 7-0.

This was the second game of a back-to-back road trip for the Express after losing at St Mary's yesterday afternoon. The first goal of the game came from Anna Bernatavitz at the 2:19 mark to give the Express an early lead. Wells did not score again until the 5th minute when Lauren Kimball assisted Jade Bouvier for the second goal of the game. At the 56-minute mark, Ericka Arancio would score her first of two goals with her second coming in the 71st minute. Scarlett Lonsky, Lydia Thomas, and Lauren Kimball were also goal scorers on the day helping the Express secure their first win of the season! Wells would outshoot Gallaudet 22-3.

Women's Soccer will be back in action Wednesday at Hilbert.
