'On This Day' Seven Seniors Honored in 2017 Home Finale

Wells College honors past and present seniors this week by spotlighting current fall student-athletes and looking back on past Senior Days.

The Wells College women's soccer team concluded its 2017 season with a 5-1 loss to first-place SUNY Poly on Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017, at the Wells Turf Field.

Wells honored and recognized its seven-member senior class prior to the start of the match. The honored players were Quinn Doubet, Sarah Halstead, Sammie Jones, Elizabeth Lockley, Madison Maloney, Yanna Ososkalo, and Dallia Rorick.

Mackenzie Maloney scored for Wells in the 73rd minute to get the Express on the board. Senior midfielder Yanna Ososkalo assisted on the goal. Ososkalo finished her Wells career with 68 career points in 68 career matches. Ososkalo ranks fifth all-time in scoring for the Express.
