The Wells College men's soccer team opened its home game schedule by hosting visiting SUNY ESF On Saturday, Sept. 4 at the Wells Turf Field.
After a close first half where just a pair of goals separated the two teams, the Mighty Oaks held a double-digit shot advantage in the second half to help take the contest.
Nathan Soliman led Wells offensively with three shots, while defensively Express goalkeeper Colton Jaquith finished with 11 saves.
The Express next host Medaille College on Tuesday, Sept. 7 at 7 p.m.
