Express lose to Abington at home.

On Saturday the Wells Express played host to Penn-St Abington in a United East Conference match-up.

The Express had taken down SUNY Morrisville on the road earlier this week and they were looking to carry some of that momentum into this afternoon's contest.

The first 40 minutes of the match saw Penn-St with a few scoring opportunities but they were not able to find the back of the net. It took until the 43rd minute of the first half for Abington to get on the board and take a 1-0 lead over the Express into halftime. Then, 13 minutes into the second half Abington scored once again to take a 2-0 lead that would hold until the end of the game giving Penn-St the victory. Colton Jaquith had 9 saves as the goalkeeper for the Express.

Men's Soccer will be back in action next Saturday the 30th at Penn-St Berks.
