The Wells College men's soccer traveled to Penn State Harrisburg on Saturday, Oct. 9 in the first United East Conference matchup between the two teams.
Prior to the health pandemic, the Nittany Lions captured their first-ever men's soccer North Eastern Athletic Conference title in 2019 before the NEAC rebranded as United East.
Penn State Harrisburg got out to a three-goal first half lead before adding another five in the second.
Current United East Conference Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week Colton Jaquith, recorded nine saves on the day to leave the nation's save-leading goalkeeper in NCAA D-III with 115 saves for the season.
Justin Butler led Wells' offensive attack with a team-high pair of shots.
The men's soccer team next travels to Sage College on Tuesday, Oct. 12, with a 7 p.m. start.
