Wells College softball hosted Penn State Berks for their second straight day of conference play.
Unfortunately for the Express today, they were held hitless in both games. They fell in game one 19-0 and in game two 20-0. Sara Mattle and Megan Litzenberger did the pitching in games one and two with each coming in for relief for the other. Morgan Brown filled in behind the plate and did an excellent job. There were a few errors committed by Wells College in each game which helped the visiting Penn State Berks build a lead.
Softball will hit the road for their next game this coming Wednesday when they head to SUNY Canton.
