Field Hockey Loses to Lancaster Bible

Wells College Field Hockey hit the road for Lancaster Bible this weekend. Lancaster Bible would win their match-up by a score of 5-0.

The Express were still searching for their first win of the season when they took on the Chargers Saturday afternoon. Wells College would be out shot in this one 25-7. The Chargers would net one goal in the first and one goal in the second which gave them a 2-0 lead at halftime. The Express defense would hold the Chargers scoreless in the third quarter but were not able to produce any shots on goal. Lancaster unleashed in the 4th quarter scoring 3 more goals and securing the win 5-0. Lauren Spiegel would take 3 shots while Morgan Brown and Nicketa Utter each took 2. 

Field Hockey will be back in action tomorrow at Notre Dame (MD).
