The Wells College women's volleyball team hosted Hilbert College in a non-conference game on Thursday, Oct. 14.
The Express emerged with a 3-0 win with set scores of 25-13, 27-25 and 25-12. The second set featured 19 ties between the two teams.
Morgan Adams had a team-best 10 kills to lead the offensive attack. Tori Sanders and Caroline Barr each added eight kills. Barr also had three aces along with teammate Kendra Roberts.
Sasha Lamoree registered 28 assists and Makenzie Drown had a pair of blocks for Wells.
The victory evened Wells' home record at 3-3 on the season.
The women's volleyball team next travels to SUNY Morrisville on Saturday, Oct. 16 with conference matches against host Morrisville at 11 a.m. and Penn College at 1 p.m.
